TWO great tone training, cardio, & core classes that help to reshape your body, lose fat, & improve muscle tone.
STRENGTH TRAINING CLASSES ARE:
-a personalized workout that incorporates body weight exercises, plyometrics, weight training, & cardio
WHEN: 3 days per week 
COST: $75 per month (that’s $6.25 a class)
 
BOOT CAMP WORKOUTS ARE:
- A great way to burn lots of calories – Efficient- you work your whole body in a short period of time – FUN! Each exercise is different so you don’t get bored – As challenging as you want them to be – Great for the whole family –Most importantly, you work at your own pace & beginners are welcome
WHEN: 4:00, 5:00, 6:00 Mon-Fri. drop any of these times, whenever it is convenient in your schedule :)
 OR any day, anytime–just get a hand full of family & friends & we will host a Boot Camp class anytime just for YOU & your group
COST: $5 per class, $10 includes the class & a 32 oz. Barrylicious protein smoothie
